Account Inactivity
Accounts that remain unused for an extended period (generally 12 months or more of inactivity) may be flagged as "inactive accounts." In such cases, the Member will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to reactivate the account.

Welcome Bonus
New Members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to use this bonus.

kf444's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Based on regular play, Members can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum.
Betting Rules
When betting or playing games on kf444, compliance with the following rules is mandatory.
General Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- kf444 reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses awarded due to a technical error.
- If a game is not completed due to a network disconnection, the server log will determine the final result.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original amount refunded.
Cricket Betting
For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket events, the decisions of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the relevant boards are final. If a match is abandoned or drawn, settlement will follow kf444's betting rules.

kf444 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Member due to internet disruption, power outages, or device issues.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Deliberately registering under multiple identities with the intention of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using any form of fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
- Attempting to manipulate or cheat game outcomes.
- Using the kf444 platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to kf444's infrastructure or systems.
- Engaging in harassing, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward other Members.
If kf444 detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during investigation. If fraud is proven through investigation, the account will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
